The "SpO2 Stats" watch face has a bug where it always shows the time in the 24 hour format, even if your settings are set to the 12 hour format.
Interestingly, the "always on display" part of the watch face does respect that setting correctly. But as soon as you twist your wrist and look at the watch, when it lights up it switches to the 24 hour format.
This is a pretty blatant bug that should be easy to fix. Please fix it, Fitbit!
EDIT: Might as well also mention the clock font is inconsistent between the two views (regular vs always-on), which is a bit jarring.

Well spotted.
But there are probably far better watch faces in the gallery to choose from.
And you can still see the one nightly average SpO2 value in Health Metrics in the App so there really isn't any need to be limited to use to the SpO2 clock face, its not needed on a Sense, or Versa 3.

@JonFitbit Any chance this could be fixed?

@rocknrollfries I recommend you follow the advice given by @Guy_ last year. The SpO2 clock faces are battery hogs and the Sense and Versa 3 don't need an SpO2 clock face. A firmware update changed this requirement. You can see your SpO2 in the Today stats on Sense itself.
I don't think this bug will get fixed. The clean look is very appealing. But I think you should look for a different clock face. You will save battery life, too.
