SpO2 data missing last few days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Health metrics seem to be fixed recently however the SpO2 data has stopped updating for the last few days. I have the SpO2 sundial watch face installed and have seen it recording.

Has anyone else had this problem that only seemed to impact the SpO2?

Same issue myself, although I use the spO2 app on its own to record spO2. Health metrics was empty for the past 4 or so days.

I have had the same issue for past few days. Shows on the clock face but no data in the metrics.

Unless already done, try the steps below. It may work.

Try reset of the watch (hold button til Fitbit logo appears).  Log out of the app.  Shutdown phone.

Log back into the app.

Are you seeing sleep stages, or simple sleep.

SpO2 is still a day behind and RHR is now up to date as of this minute. However, when I looked yesterday and the previous day they didnt seem to be updating (even when I allowed most of the day to update). So it seems something has been done in the background even though SpO2 is still lagging a day. But I can live with that if its reliable 🙂

What about Sleep Stages @JJ26X3? If you do not see them, what is the note under the graph say.

Someone suggested that I hold button on Sense till Fitbit icon comes up.
Next turn watch off, then log out of app. Then log back on. Turn watch back
on. I'm not sure my watch was off. It worked . Info on SpO2 all showed up
this morning. Thank you very much for the advice. Hopefully this will help
others!

I held the button on my Fitbit until the Fitbit icon came up. Logged off
Fitbit app and was supposed to turn off watch..not sure if it was off.
Logged back onto app and synced Fitbit. Next day everything was back to
normal. I never lost the metrics only SpO2. Basically this a reboot, it
might work for you too. Good luck.

To turn off or shutdown watch.  Go to “settings” on your watch. Scroll all the way down to “shut down”.

*****Make sure you sync watch before doing Shut down to avoid loosing any data since last sync.
