SpO2 data not working since 12/25

My Sense watch and app haven’t shown pulse ox symmetry since 12/25.  Everything else works.  Please help.

Sorry, no idea how to clear cache on iphone. It is trick that seems to work on Android. You can restart by going to settings on watch and scroll right down to "Shut down". Do that and then start it up again. Sometimes it seems that uninstalling the spo2 watch face and then reinstalling works. I assume that you are seeing SPO2 reading ok in the "Today" app on the watch?

You try restarting watch and phone?

to reset watch hold button until you see the Fitbit logo then release and let the watch restart

 

turn off and on your phone

Assuming that your "Today" on watch is showing SpO2, try going to phone, settings, apps, and then clear the cache for the fitbit app.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, now I can’t restart my phone either. When I hold the side button I do not get the Fitbit logo. Instead, the screen just keeps rocking back and forth between the clock face and shortcuts!

I am still not getting SpO2 data on my phone. I have an iPhone. Was unable to find a way to clear cache under FitBit app setting. I am now having trouble getting my watch to reset on the logo. When I hold the side button, the screen either bounces back and for between the chosen clock face and short cuts or goes totally black except for the time on its face. Please help.

Thank you for your help shutting down my watch. I did that 2 days ago and have been waiting to see if SpO2 starts registering. It has not. My husband’s watch is experiencing the same issue. I don’t know what to try next.

20230126_074333.jpgI've noticed mine quit tracking as well. I restarted it and my phone and changed the face on the watch. It wasn't tracking on a different face either. Put the original one I was using back on and it's not tracking anything, not even my steps for the day. Thank you.  I have restarted and noticed that the SpO2 app was no longer connected.  Have reconnected and am now waiting to see if data shows up.  After 2 days, it has not.

Just a wild guess what country are you in plus the SpO2 data will only appear on FitBit clock faces since it requires a medical license approval. However it should be in the app. For me at times it does take 2 days before the who;e past data shows up.

I am in the US. I have reset FitBit and reinstalled the SpO2 app 2 days ago. Am waiting……..

I just switched the clock on my sense. I uninstalled the 02 deal and the steps and heartrate started working again! I reinstalled the 02 deal and now they're all working again! Good luck to those having problems too!
