I just got the Sense two days ago and it's not reading my SpO2% at night. On the app it says no data and also on the watch. I restarted the watch and uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app. Anyone have a solution to this?

Besides throwing your watch away and getting a fingertip monitor that just tells you the number in a few seconds? No.
You only get to see the SpO2 reading after a few nights sleep with your watch, never taking it off unless the battery runs down (never mind that you have to take your watch of to charge it), and only then on alternate weekends or when the moon is full. Unlike a fingertip sensor that you can buy for under twenty bucks, a fitbit sense is a delicate instrument that must be calibrated for several days until you can get a number, and that number can't be displayed in a graph other than an assessment of whether the variation is "high" or "low."

The documentation claims there's a panel that displays a continuous record of the SpO2 readings, but I can't find it anywhere. How do I get to this "Health Metrics" panel? I found nothing with that exact name.
(Edit) Finally found the "Health Metrics" panel after a good of testing every nook and cranny of the Fitbit phone GUI. On the "TODAY" tab there's a button labeled EDIT, and scrolling to the bottom, there's a panel labeled "Health Metrics- with a + sign, then scroll up and press DONE. Several of the displays are blank, but there is an SpO2 display that it shows one point per day. Still looking for a daily graph.....
