I ran over 7&1/2 miles this morning, everything was syncing fine and now all of my darn steps have disappeared! What IN THE EVERY LOVING WORLD??? This is making me irrationally angry! My sense was almost $300 and I have had an incalculable number of Fitbit products and this has NEVER happened. Please tell me how to resolve this immediately! I worked entirely too hard for this to happen and my nerves are already shot from the pandemic.

What do you mean by all your steps are gone? 

Do you mean just today, or your whole history @SKWatson 

 

If today, did you manually add, through the fitbit app, anything?
