Hello, i can't find anywhere any information about what constitutes a good stress score.
It all just says higher is better, but that means nothing. In some review posts ive seen people hover in the 70s and 80s. Is that a good amount? It's hard to know what to aim for or what to be concerned about when the only info you get is 'higher=good'.

@Cookiebox, there are no fixed numbers to use as a guide, but from the help article How do I use my stress management score?, it says this:
On a daily basis, your score can help you plan for your day:
Over time, see trends in how your body responds to stress and how the actions you take affect your overall stress level.
Best AnswerBut that's unhelpful. It shouldn't just be relative to me. Is there not a place where people are sharing their scores and providing info on themselves to give context to it?

Don't know of any place where such data is shared, @Cookiebox, but you may want to start such a thread on the Mind & Body Forum. I'm sure others will share their scores vs level of stress. But, your Stress Management score will always just be relative to you.
