After charging my Sense it just stopped synchro and can't see clock face. Its not communicating with app and can't get it to work again. Already restarted phone and fitbit. Any ideas please!!!!????

HI @ChopterDriver - this may be due to a NOT charging issue and a flat battery, see here what to check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
