My brand new Sense will not receive text messages.

Hi @NicoleYeatman,

 

Do you have an Apple or Android?  Also, did you allow notifications to be received on your device?  Is your BT on?  Is the Fitbit app up to date?  

 

All of these questions will need to be answered in order for us to help you.
