I replaced my Fitbit Ionic with the Sense. I expected there to be bugs; there always is when it’s a new product. But it has been long enough that any bugs should be worked out by now. Get your act together!

To name just a few:
1. Hourly step circle doesn’t clear each day
2. SpO2 doesn’t work. Shows “no data” on my health metrics
3. Rarely syncs. It usually take multiple attempts
4. More than once when it is trying to sync, my steps will change (usually losing a couple hundreds steps)
5. One other thing I have noticed that is confusing, at best, weekly challenges may show starting 6 hours early, but will start 12-15 hours before my midnight.

"Rarely syncs. It usually take multiple attempts" - make that NEVER SYNCS. All syncing has stopped with both windows 10 apps and android 7.1 app

Challenges start at the time the Challenger (the person who created the challenge) setup.
If they are in timezone that is 4 timezones away, your challenge starts at the same time.
I'm routinely in a challenge that starts 6 hours before my midnight, but that also happens to be their midnight.
I haven't noticed the other problems. The last sync issues where about 2 years ago for me.
Yesterday's app release fixed the recent sync issue.

The SPO2 is erratic. Sometimes it shows up, then other times it doesn't. The same with the breathing rate

Syncing has been very sporadic for a while now, sometimes the Sp02 won't record though with the horrendous battery drain I've turned it off. The GPS tracking is abysmal and even though I can run in a straight line the watch shows me all over the place. Don't bother with challenges so can't help there. Can't load personal music onto it so am forced to carry my phone (I refuse to pay a subscription to a US only service or one which nobody has heard of or uses). So yeah there are major issues and bugs.

I agree...I am no novice with smart watches, phones and apps. Fitbit needs to get busy and find solutions to their problems instead of blaming the users. Or recall the Sense watches!

My Sense still isn’t syncing. I have to manually sync every time, usually multiple times, to get it to sync. One feature I was really excited about was the find my phone. Guess what, when it won’t sync, that feature doesn’t work either.

Oops...I talked too soon! My sense is not recording data for SPO2 for the last 2 nights. Did they not check this feature thoroughly before they sold these expensive watches!😡
