I just had an issue where every hour around the clock the "wash hands" notification would buzz and I'd have to tap it to go through the 20 seconds to get it to stop. Every hour.

To remove it: tap on the FitBit icon on your phone, then "Sense," then "Clock Faces," then "All clocks" on top, scroll down to "By FitBit" and choose a new clock face without an emoji. Once it syncs, the hand-washing is gone!

Thanks for sharing these great suggestions, I'm sure your post will help other members experiencing similar issues. By the way, aside of these 3rd-party clock faces that remind you to wash your hand, your Sense is able to send this and other health reminders regardless of the clock face that you're using. You'll need to open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Sense > Health & Wellness Reminders and choose the reminders that you want to receive.
