Unable to get in touch with UK Support team

Due to being profoundly DEAF, I wish to speak with somebody from the UK.

I have tried the online chat, the customer support phone line, several times, but due to my deafness , I'm failing to fully understand what is being said, due to their accents. despite my repeated requests for a person from the UK to contact me, they have persisted in trying to resolve the problem that I have regarding invoices.

Is there any way that I can conact Fitbit UK direct or request them to contact me?

@tapbuster the Fitbit Moderator will reply in this thread with anything they can tell you about the best way to get with support. I'm not sure just how they handle a situation such as you have.
