Hi there,
I have selected messages as my default message service - but I only seem to get a notification that I have received a message and when I go to read it on my Sense Fitbit, it says 'I'm all caught up' - it doesn't actually show me the message. I can read all the incoming messages from WhatsApp and Messenger from my Sense however, just not messages (SMS). Why is this?

I am also experiencing this problem. We have tried the steps but nothing is happening. Is there anything else we can try?
