Cannot for the life of me understand why my sense will not let me set a profile pic or a background pic. It keeps saying 'access denied'... !!! This is really poor.
Any ideas anyone pls?

Hi @Napoleon_Solo you do not set a profile picture on the sense, this gets set on the phone. May I ask what type of phone we have?

You can try to change your profile picture on the web dashboard. For this, follow the steps below:
1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click your profile picture.
2. Click Change profile pic or Upload pictures.
3. Choose a new photo.
Otherwise, on your Phone, make sure the Fitbit App is up to date. Otherwise, please update it by following the instructions here:
In addition, I suggest you to log out from the Fitbit App and back in. If this continues, please let me know the model of your mobile device and the version of it's operating system.
