Unable to start my new Sense

Yesterday I received Sense. Today I am trying to start it. I charged it to 100%. If I tap the screen, the "download app" screen appears for a while, then the screen goes blank.
When I push the button, most of the time, nothing happens. Sometimes, I feel vibrations and can get to the Logo, but with difficulty. The Logo disappears shortly after, and the screen goes black. If I tap on the Logo when it is visible, it plays a sound, and the "download the app" screen is visible shortly and then disappears.
I have also tried to connect the charger of a time. Nothing works.
Am I missing something?

Hi @mapmin - you have to install the Fitbit App on your phone and once logged in click on your profile photo [top left] and click on "+ Set up a device". This will find the watch, install the updates, and set the time.
