Hey..
So i see lots of posts around unwanted pauses, this is really frustrating..
Ive had a fitbit now for a couple of years, and pretty happy with it but this is a bit of a game changer
is it a design fault ? - that overly-sensitive button to the left of the screen that's triggering that pause.
Since the start of the year...
ive read a couple of the other threads...about swapping hands and watch positioning..
The manual calls out moving the watch for exercise, which i have tried..
https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_sense_en_US.pdf
but with expected movement with exercise and gravity the watch returns to the all-day position..
i've tightened the strap, as much as i can..
Could we get a solution to this..?
Cheers

Its much less likely that the button triggers a pause if worn on the left arm, with sleeves a lot shorter, or longer, so they don't come into contact with the watch button.
You could also try taking off the auto wake on wrist movement while you are active, in case the screen becomes active and accidentally triggers a pause instead of the button. Screen is quite sensitive and sleeve rubbing may possibly be the culprit to false actions. See how it goes.

Cheers..
It's on my left arm, I have been wearing longsleves... winter and all that
taking auto wake off, bit un intuitive to have it disabled during excercise... but could give it a try
