I’ve been looking to upgrade my blaze to either Sense or Versa 3 especially for pure pulse 2.0 tracker. But I’ve been reading in order to get my read outs form the pure pulse 2.0 I have to pay for the Fitbit premium?

Good question - SpO2 is available on all Versa / Sense watches via a Fitbit watch face without the need for premium.
On the Versa 3 and Sense you don't even need the watch face because there is an SpO2 tracker app, though the information is displayed in health metrics in the app which is available free, it will only display the last 7 days, you will need premium to see the last 30 days, this may change later of course.
However, the SpO2 information shown is only one value calculated overnight and doesn't change till the next day. The battery life is reduced by about 2 days when its installed either by the app or a clock face.
In addition the heart rate on the Sense or Versa 3 will not be as accurate as the older watches, as you will have read.
