After using the ECG app a few hundreds of times since the end of December 2020, always getting apparently reliable ECGs that my cardiologist found good enough, today, for the first time, two ECGs showed different results on Sense and on the exported PDF report: "Inconclusive" on Sense ECG app, but "Normal Sinus Rhythm" on the PDF Report.
I contacted Customer Support about this, and Neil said:
Asked if this is now a change on the ECG behaviour, he said it was the first time he had heard of that.
I followed all his recommendations about log off, restart, log in... Also deleted the app's cache, just in case. Then I exported again those PDF reports and they had not changed.
Just for you to know, fellow ECG users, mainly those with a heart condition.
I'll have to wait for my cardiologist to see these ECG reports to know whether they are ok or not. But, by now, the report conclusions seem to me the right ones, but I'm not a physician/doctor of medicine. I may be wrong on that. (*)
---- Updates: ----
I'm still using the July/August OS/firmware update: firmware 44.128.5.49.
I use a Samsung smartphone with android 9.
(*) Looking better at details, some parts of those ECGs could be considered Inconclusive, I think, and I took these ECGs as I felt my heart was beating differently then, as it has many times before. So... maybe both conclusions are partially right.

@SunsetRunner
Thanks for the info.
Just performed an ECG after reading your post. Sense reports normal sinus rhythm and downloaded result shows a graphical result (typical ECG chart). In your case, did you update to the latest firmware/OS as mentioned in the pinned post?
I'm curious if this new OS has affected ECG functionality.

Hi @SunsetRunner ,
No, I have not yet received the new OS update. I'm still using the previous update: 44.128.5.49.
Thanks for asking that great question, because that's critical info. I'll add it to my post.
