Watch just shutdown while recharging and it won't restart again , I have pressed the side button for more that 10 secs

Hi @Narenk - there can be several reasons for this, that it got wet or is damaged inside but the most likely is it is not charging and has exhausted the battery.

My sense stopped working while it was charging on 43% I tried cleaning it / changing chargers (both cables are from the fitbit store) and of course the reset button won't work because the device is dead. I don't know what to do and it's frustrating.

Having the same issue!
this is all I get. Put it on charger at 25%. No it was not wet or dirty.

Checked the cable.. one of 4 pin has lost the spring action.. so it won't charge.. Fitbit is shipping one under warranty

Thanks for your response, one of the charging pins has indeed lost spring action.. FITBIT is shipping a replacement charger under warranty
