The weather app on my Sense never seems to work. It doesn't sync no matter what I do. It should "No location information" But I have set up location. I have called the help line several times, it worked and then it doesn't work. Please help!

You have given the weather app you have in the FitbitApp all permissions?

I don't know for how long you have had your Sense. Some app updates have reset permissions,and/or battery optimisation settings.
