Hi @RoxyMax. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing these details with me. Before anything else, let me share that our team has released a new firmware version for the Sense. This is a progressive roll out so if you don't see the update yet, check the Fitbit app in a few days to see if it's ready for your watch. Keep an eye to this thread to learn more about this firmware version.

That being said, I've confirmed that the SpO2 should be available for you as Singapore appears as a supported country for the Health Metrics tile. Note you need to have installed the SpO2 Tracker app on your watch to track this data. In the case of the ECG app, Singapore will be added to the supported countries list once regulatory clearance is obtained. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and your feedback is truly appreciated. Our team will continue working to bring these and other features  to Fitbit users across the world.

I'm a fitbit sense user in Singapore waiting for the ECG app too. How will I know when the approval for regulatory clearance has been obtained for Singapore? Thanks.

@Yapsand Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for joining this thread. In regards to your question, once ECG App is available to install and use, we'll update our supported countries list to let all our members know. As mentioned above, our team keeps working to bring this feature available in other countries based on the feedback shared in the forums, so rest assured your comments won't be taken for granted.
