The Fitbit ECG (electrocardiogram) app on Fitbit Sense has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as Conformité Européenne (CE) marking in the European Union. The ECG app will be available in October 2020 to customers in the US, certain European countries, and Hong Kong. Availability outside the U.S. is pending applicable regulatory clearances.

@flroots I've used it twice so far in the US.  

You just have to install the app onto your sense

Exporting to pdf gives a message when it’s ready to download. Regrettably the message keeps on coming ones an hour for every download. So now I’ve downloaded a few, the box is overflowing and my iPad constantly blurring that there is a message for me...
