The links on the help site are only examples for threads that have asked the same question as you. If you see any results in blue, it means that there is a help article for your question. This is how you landed here.
As there are some personal data to be confirmed only Support can check your order and if everything is ok, send you a copy of your invoices.
If you go to the Contact us page ( the one from the screenshot) .
Ask your question. When getting the articles shown on the picture, below of them you'll see a button (next step). Click on it and you'll see the contact options for Support. Choose the one you feel is more confortable for you.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the support team refuses to provide digital invoices, for unclear and nebulous reasons:
It is unclear why an invoice from my account, in my name, cannot be sent to me.
I am afraid I am stuck at the mercy of their incompetence. Thanks for your help though.

@Frankymar The Fitbit Store closed in 2024 when everything got moved to the Google store. It's possible that all those records got archived. Can't confirm, just a thought.

I do not have access to your case or the invoice info. I've asked the team and it seems, like our friend LZeeW mentioned, that the info from the Fitbit Store was archived. I asked our team if they can do anything for you. They'll check again, and if possible they'll send you the info needed. I cannot promise that this might occur, but that is all I can do from here. My apologies if this has caused any inconveniences
