WiFi

When I successfully connect to WiFi in the Fitbit app and then leave the app my WiFi immediately disconnects. I’ve tried numerous times. Yes the watch has enough battery power and I’m close to the router. Any suggestions?

Hi @CBCart  - WiFi never stays connected unless it is being used, so that is normal.

Ok thank you. I also don’t get a sleep score every morning. I’ve had my Fitbit Sense for two weeks now and have only had 4 sleep scores out of thirteen nights.
