There is a well-documented issue with the charging cable for "Sense" which may be resolved by the following. Carefully examine the 4 little pins on the pad that connects to the back of your "Sense", they should be slightly proud of the surface and move freely when wiggled gently with your finger. If you need a new cable they are available on Amazon. Clean the back of your "Sense" with rubbing alcohol (I've used warm soapy water successfully) then try charging again. As indicated at the end of the attached article if you are still stuck talk to "Customer Support" here, I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
