fitbit sense big problems to fix immediately

I'm having trouble with classic music controls on sense (not deezer or spotify). The play / pause button does not work in the sense that by pressing pause on the sense the key remains on pause and does not turn into play, preventing you from resuming music playback and forcing you to go and press play on the mobile phone (iphone 8 plus) making the whole experience rather useless. Please update the firmware and fix the many problems of the sense that should be top of the range. 1) Music controls not working, 2) Alexa volume and in response to calls ridiculously low and burnt not heard even in quiet environments, 3) heart beat sensor not working, the beats during training in the gym ridiculous at least 20 beats below the real (see the community complains). And I say all this as the owner of almost all the top-of-the-range models of the different houses who had focused on fitbit for the pleasure of the application and the different sensors present. AH I also forgot the sp02 reading during the night still not displayed in the morning if you do not put the appropriate dial. Which should have been overcomed by the previous update. Please fitbit reply and fix almost the heart reate monitoring that is affecting almost the whole community after the latest firmware update.

I apologize for the late response.  Have you gotten in contact with Customer Support about this?

Yes always the same response. Factory reset. It changes nothing. The heart rate is always belowe zone during the hard training. Fitbit have to improve the firmware. As soon as possible. I’we wrote this thing thousand times already.
