my sense will not charge or turn on

My Fitbit sense will not turn on or charge. I have tried the hard reboot, multiple, multiple outlets, usb ports, charging cubes, different cords and it will not do anything. I just received this in June and am devastated that it has stopped working. Please help!!!

Mine, too…. My Sense isn’t charging. I have 25%

Hi, @suelloyd82 & @glo88jac  use the search bar to look for posts about charging your "Sense" Briefly check the 4 pins on the charging cable puck, clean the back of your "Sense" and charge for at least 60 minutes. If you see the "Slow Charging" message on your "Sense" give the puck a little wiggle to improve the pin contact and put it down gently in order to avoid disturbing the contacts. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  also provides advice.

Mine has done the same thing!  It will not charge anywhere.  It is dead.  I bought it in January & I loved it until now.  They need to have repaceable batteries!

Have had recharging issues too. I used an old toothbrush and sprayed a LIGHT amount of rubbing alcohol on the bristols and rubbed vigorously for 30 seconds or so. I concentrated on the ports where the pins insert. Fitbit Sense took a charge immediately.

My Sense will not show a clock face. it will only show the Fitbit logo.  I have tried doing the hard restart multiple times without success. Anymore ideas?

I ended up contacting Fitbit customer service and sending it in to be looked at. Did you ever get yours to work?

Yes…it has charged properly since I lightly applied rubbing alcohol on the back side of my Sense Fitbit.
