oxygen saturation (SpO2) is not available in my region

I Need To understand how i did pay more than 300 USD on a watch to get the full potential of it and like so important features is not available in my region what if i want to enable them on my account under my responsibility because it's really make me feel so bad about how i did waste a lot of investment in a watch an i didn't get what i want from it.

is any one know how to fix this problem for me ??

Fitbit has chosen to only release this in locations that their governments have certified this function. 

Took 5 seconds to see that Apple does the same thing and the reason that their SpO2 is not available in Egypt.

The simple answer @Magedez you can not. 

It requires your government to approve the sensor.
