On the Fitbit App, scroll down to the number of hours slept, then tap. The next screen will show your sleep score. On the top right side there is a settings symbol, tap on this symbol. Part way down the screen, you will see bedtime and wake up time. You can change the times by tapping on each one of them. Please let me know if this helps.
