No Sleep Score, HRV or Breathing Rate

For the last 2 nights I haven't received a Sleep Score, HRV or Breathing Rate (or readiness score, or stress management score) whilst wearing my Pixel Watch 2.

I've had no problems with this functionality for the last year and now it's just stopped.  I've seen all the recommendations about sleeping position and whatnot but I have changed absolutely nothing about how I wear my device or how I sleep (I sleep sat up due to heart surgery last December) so none of that is the answer.

Kind of pointless subscribing to the premium service if they don't work.

Mine is very intermittent... one day fine, next 3 days nothing... no idea what to do to fix this. I've received a replacement Versa 4 but it has exactly the same issues.

I haven't had HRV, BR, or readiness score since the October 3/4, 2024 Fitbit app update.  Fitbit/Google told me today that this is *not* a known issue.  I was shocked when I heard that.  My phone and watch are updated, the app is updated, and I just discovered that there was another Fitbit update a few days ago.  I am still missing this information.  Any progress on this, Google?

I've been wrestling with this issue for 2 weeks now so I was excited to see your post with a possible solution. I've tried to replicate your procedure but I guess I am not understanding exactly what you are doing when you say "letting my watch monitor sleep based on sleep schedule."  Can you give a few more step by step instructions for a dumbass like me so that I can fix this?

So I use a pixel watch 2 with a pixel 8 Pro.

Within my phone settings I have bedtime mode. When I turn this on and the watch tracks my sleep based on the schedule I get sleep report. Make sure your device is fully charged and you are not manually putting your watch into sleep mode

So strange.  The day after I chatted with Google about this, the HRV, BR, and readiness scores miraculously re-appeared.  The only thing I did was restart my watch for the umpteenth time.  I have about 3 weeks of missing readiness scores (October 4 - 26).  BR and HRV are estimated based on the October 3 and October 27 data points.  I am not happy about the missing/estimated data, but it appears to be finally working.  I have no idea what made it start to work again unless Google did something on their end to fix it after I contacted them.

Tks for the quick reply. I use PW2 with P7PRO phone. I've had bedtime mode setup for months. Always check watch SoC before bedtime and phone is on charger. All on auto but I do manually start sleep sounds. Never had a problem before 4 Oct. Just signed up for Fitbit beta to see if it solves the problem.

I'm really pleased to hear you've resolved your issue and I hope it stays fixed, however much like you, I spoke to Google and next day it worked... but only for 2 days. I'm now back to having no data 😒

Same here and I am furious. What am I paying 10 dollars for and why has there not been an announcement I can find. I see my update went to 4.28. still same issues.

Here we go again.  No Daily Readiness score, no BR, no HRV.  I am using Google Pixel Watch and a Google watchband.  It is tracking sleep.

Same for me. Customer experience must not be on their list for what they are doing. I am extremely unhappy. There should be a note sent to us who are paying if they are working on something and for some reason need to turn off features. I should not as a paying customer or customer period have to scout the web for answers. Google, do better. If you can rename a gulf on Google maps where that is not valid, you can keep paying people informed. And due to that stunt, you are already in the hole with me, and you just went deeper.
