Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.

My husband and I HATE the new sleep app. So hard to decipher cycles and compare history. After 8 years and loving simplicity of FItbit - shopping for new devices now. Really crushed the design teams would push out such a mess.

The old app was much better for getting benchmarch and 30 day average AND seeing history as week, month, year - all with simplicity and clarity thru the color bars. This new version is a scattered mess of lines hard to distinguish. BOO HOO.

I have had a Fitbit device for more than a decade. I took a short diversion to an Apple Watch but hated the way it tracked sleep and went back to my Sense 2. With the recent update to the sleep metrics display, I don’t see a reason not to abandon the only competitive advantage Fitbit had. As a separate matter, Google seems to have killed smart watch innovation with no new Fitbit smart watch devices released for quite a while. 

Change the sleep display back or I will have no incentive to not change my watch.

I can't believe it!  I didn't have my sleep score this morning.  Then the help chat said I should come check out the new features and I tried it out and all of a sudden, my sleep score came up!

This update is absolutely horrible. I want the option to have the old sleep graph instead of the new one. This new version is hard to read, ugly and not at all intuitive like the old one. Please bring back the old sleep experience.

Call the FitBit Customer Service number and lodge a complaint and ask for them to restore the previous sleep tracking appearance. The number can be Googled. That is the only way we are ever going to get it back. They are not reading and/or do not care what we post here.

This sleep display update is terrible and far harder to read than the previous layout.

Not a fan of this change. I find it hard to see because of the colour choices and the background. I'm disappointed.
