No option to click thumbs down, but that's my vote. The new UI is so bland and lacking color. I actually finding myself using the app less now.

I don't like the new look at all. I got the Fitbit to track my sleep. I loved the way it looked before, it was perfect for me, it was easy to find information, easy to understand the graphs. You used to be able to make it bigger so you could see it even better, the colors were different so it was easier to see all the detail. You could see each individual sleep patterns by themselves or all together (rem, light & deep sleep, awake) This new look is terrible, not easy to read at all you can't click on it to make it bigger, you can't separate each sleep part to see it. It's absolutely useless to me now.
The reason why I got my Fitbit to begin with is because I have several different health issues and a lot of them have to do with the fact I have chronic insomnia. I need to be able to efficiently track my sleep patterns and with this new look it's hard to do that, in fact it's almost impossible to do that. Why would you fix what was not broke? It was perfect before, it was exactly what I and my sleep doctor liked to see. Now next time I go back to my sleep doctor he will not be happy about what this new look looks like because it does not help us whatsoever. You can't even see some of the parts that were there before, they're gone totally. Like you used to be able to click on each individual section that made up your sleep score. You can't do that anymore. Example, one section would show what your heart rate was comparatively to your resting heart rate during the day. My sleeping heart rate was higher than my resting heart rate normally. Now it's hard to keep track of that. You also can't click the other two parts that made up your sleep score, besides the heart rate and restlessness one, there was the sleep patterns one, meaning REM, light sleep, deep sleep, awake times. And there was one other section too. Now all it is in one screen that not only doesn't make sense most of the way it's also mostly unreadable. It is totally useless. Please listen to your customers when they tell you that it didn't need to fix the way it was because it was fine. I don't know if I will be keeping a Fitbit much longer because it's not doing for me anymore what the doctor and I needed it to do.

I only use it for the basics now... water, activity, weight, food. Sometimes, I forget the food, because I use the Atkins app more often for that. It's a grat watch a heart monitor though!

ABSOLUTELY HATE THESE CHANGES!! I have removed the app from my phone and will no longer use it. You all need to make these changes A CHOICE!!! NOT A FORCED issue!!!!

The recent upgrade has changed the graphs and the analysis of the data for sleep so badly that it is essentially useless. We use the Fitbit sleep tracking to monitor our son’s sleep. He is a 22 yr old with a traumatic brain injury. We rely on Fitbit analysis to help us understand his sleep from afar. It was a huge blessing. Now it is not helpful.
Also I am struggling with sleep and have used the Fitbit for the last 4yrs to help improve my sleep. We have bought at least 6 fitbits for our family.
I can see in the forum that no one is happy with the upgrade. If you do not fix his right away, we will be forced to switch to a new product. Our entire family is big and uses it extensively in monitoring sleep and fitness. It was a wonderful product. I am so disappointed. I beg you to revert back and revisit your planned changes.

I don't like the look of the sleep graph, but after exploring how to use it, I am satisfied that the data I am interested in is still easily accessible.

I absolutely hate the changes to the sleep portion of the app. The redesign makes the graphic much less user-friendly, less intuitive...and no percentages.
If you want to keep me as a customer, please go back to the earlier graphic. Thank you.

I hate it. Much harder to read than the old one. Why not have an option to use old or new interface?

I have also bought just about every Fitbit design over the years as they improved, and up until now, there were always some little things I didn't like much but most of it was great. The sleep tracker is the most important feature to me and it's useless now. The design is horrible, but the fact that I can't adjust my sleep hours when Fitbit starts counting my sleep hours before I go to bed, I'm just done.

Please call the FitBit Customer Service number and lodge a complaint and ask for them to restore the previous sleep tracking appearance. The number can be Googled. That is the only way we are ever going to get it back. It is apparent that they are not reading and/or do not care what we post here.
