Call the Customer Service number. They are not listening here.

Is is really possible to do this and have the old sleep reaching appearance? Thank you.

I suggest everyone complains on X/Twitter - I bet they read comments on there!

The app has become so bland and dry. Void of life. Google may as well have chosen black and white as the new signature colors for Fitbit. Discovered I can see the old sleep data format in the dashboard, but wonder how long it will be before Google takes the life out of that? Why buy a company to only destroy what the loyal customers of Fitbit have enjoyed for years? Because you have a trademark to uphold? Rubbish. I am hoping your new customers take one look at the app and go find a new tracker. Samsung, Garmin, Whoop, xiaomi, amazfit, Apple just to name a few. (Not Google watches though, you don’t deserve the penny on the ground right now)

Reading the hundreds of responses on here it looks like very few like the upgrade especially with the Sleep App.  I agree - it’s dreadful! Several people have suggested that FitBit don’t look at the feedback on this Community site and say to ring customer services instead.  I suggest we post complaints and request they revert back to the old format on X/Titter … let’s get it out there people.  It’ll be more visible on that platform and you never know, someone important may actually read it, listen to their customers, and do something about it!

Thank you JBW. That is a good idea. However, I do not have and never want to have an X/Twitter account so cannot post there.  I will keep calling FitBit Customer Service.

I both posted and also DM'd FitBit Support on Twitter/X a few days ago. Nada so far.

Not a fan of the new look sleep chart. Harder to read. Doesn’t have the hourly increments under the graph. Was good the way it was.Any chance you can put it back???

I believe that Google has changed the look and functionality of the Fitbit
system to suit another of their products, with no regard to existing
customers.
What do we matter?

The last post I can see on X's FitBit Support is 16 Nov 2023 🤷

Yep, just a timepiece now

The new sleep stages is awful. Please bring back the old version. 100% of comments on X are saying the same.

Since no one is listening, maybe give a review on Google play. They actually answered one person on there. 😳 Absolutely terrible customer service to not even reply to all the complaints.

I found the Firbit page on Facebook and commented on a post specifically about the sleep part of the app. There is definitely someone there replying to people. It would be great if everyone here would comment there too.

I'm not sure I agree. The "old" sleep report did not give the timeline, as
the "old old" sleep report did and as in the Web version. And the
"benchmarks" looks similar to the "old" report to me. What 's missing?

But Google/Fitbit should be more responsive. Maybe Google laid off all the
support people?

I have a Fitbit Charge 4 which I loved until it broke where the band connects to the watch and cannot be repaired. Fitbit offered me a 35% discount to purchase a new watch.

After doing my research, I purchased the Versa 4 and have had it for 5-6 wks.

But recently when I synced it last, it updated to my dismay. Updates cannot be controlled by the owner of the watch.

I called Fitbit Customer Service about the NEW sleep graph and sent a screenshot of it, but they thought it was a glitch as no one had seen it before.

Spoke to Fitbit yesterday and now they know, google decided to change the App up a bit.

I like to click on the graph to see when I woke and for how long. I keep track of it as I have a sleeping issue. BUT now, you can not do that. The App only shows the full amount of Awake, Light, Rem, Deep sleep times. So, if you want specific times, you are out of luck.

So disappointed with the update for the Sleep Log that I AM NOW RETURNING THE VERSA 4 AND GETTING A REFUND!  I will NOT be getting another Fitbit such as the Charge 6 because the App CHANGES apply to all Fitbit watches.

REALLY, REALLY  DISAPPOINTED at Google messing with the Detailed Sleep Graph.

Unfortunately, I will now have to do my research on the Garmin or Samsung watch!

I'm in Canada. It took a day or so for the NEW Sleep log graph to change over. On the old graph, you could tap on each line and see the time and minutes you were awake. Now you can't! I wish we could add screenshots to these posts.

It IS very compressed and that's why I'm sending my watch back for a refund. You have 45 days from the time you purchased it. maybe more ppl need to complain so they change it back. Until then, I'm saying goodbye to Fitbit. It's unfortunate, i really liked the sleep log details. Very disappointed!
