I'm disabled and absolutely loved the way it was set up. The people that say sometimes change is good, we'll that's true, but not in this case. Ppl like me who have fibromyalgia I have fibro fog and now they made me feel like I had a stroke. So hard to read, can't click on each thing and follow it for your sleep schedule. My watch is now worthless. Big mistake Fitbit. Hate what you've done. Read all the complaints and turn back the time. We hate the new design, so what's that tell you. That's how many ppl used the sleep app and depended on it. 😢 😢 😡 🤦‍:female_sign:

I've had fitbit premium for 2 yrs & the new sleep design is awful. I'd appreciate it, if you would go back to the graph design. The change that was made, makes no sense. In fact, it's idiotic.  Thank you.

If I can twitch my nose and revert it back to the way it was before, believe me, I would do it. Hopefully Fitbit/Google will read these posts and do what is necessary to make everyone happy again.

I absolutely hate it! I’m neurodivergent (dyslexic and ADHD). The screens before were simple charts, and easy to read and understand. Now it’s dots and blobs and it’s so confusing that it actually triggered an anxiety attack! Why would you do this? Please give us the option to choose the view we want to use.

I really hope Google listens to the Fitbit users and changes the app back.

I totally agree, it was my favourite part of the app and now I don’t even open up the Fitbit app anymore 😔 It is legitimately horrible design and so confusing to look at, I can’t find any of the information I used to be able to access so easily. It used to be cute and fun and HELPFUL…now I just hate even opening the app. Unusable. I am so upset 😞

Exactly, it was perfect before. Why change perfection?? And especially, why DOWNGRADE from perfection???

I really don't think they are seeing/reading the posts here.  If we want them too change it back, we will have to contact them in different ways that have been discussed here and we need to do it en masse

This new version is absolutely horrible!  I have trouble sleeping and used the old version to report my sleep scores to my doctor.  My scores are also different and make no sense, so you must have also changed the metrics for the scores.  You need to go back to the original version.  It looks like you will be losing a lot of customers if you don’t.  At least have the courtesy to say what your plan is going forward.

"It is not possible to roll back to previous version"

Why would you post this?  Of course it is possible to revert back to the previous version.

In fact, it would be technically quite simple for them to do.

Agreed. I really don't like the new format. I can't see each sleep  zone fully. It's hard to read. I wonder why they condensed it. Not a fan

The Sleep Experience now isn't as good as it was before,  I have Sleep Apnea and now you can't tell exactly what Sleep I have had, as it is all together,  and it says my sleep pattern is between 10 pm and 6 am but it isn't true,  so being able to put in correct data would be a good idea,  all in all the Sleep Experience has gone from being excellent to below average

This is a case of over analysis by the UX team working in an echo chamber.

In an effort to make it more accessible they have removed the majority of the tangible value of an individuals analysis and the value of paying premium which I will absolutely be cancelling.

Based on others responses its actually far less accessible and gives us less control over our understanding.

The page is now full of static graphs, high level information that has lost comparison and context. More importantly they've increased the amount of static intro text on what figures mean but this is generic and not personalised. Whilst it's good explanation for new users, it should be less visible for long time users.

I would definitely recommend Google bring Gemini or AI into this to provide written analysis of people's data. The main two things people always want to know, is this normal? How do I compare with others? That is social thinking.
