The browser version is so much better!

The new won't revert if you install the last version before the undesired new version and disable automatic updates. If you're not familiar with the process, you can fairly easily find it on the Internet. More detailed instructions on how to do it have been consistently removed from the forum. This is true for Android. I don't know about iPhone.

So today I cancelled my renewal of Premium. No use paying for something I can’t use. It was nice while it lasted.

Yeah, that's the graph we want to see, the old version. You can even see stages not like some computer read dots and dashes.

Rebecca is either a bot, or a random name they posted for the moderator who is doing nothing but deleting instructions on restoring the old version and repeat comments like mine where I noted the windows version is the old one. (Not sure about apple).

Google is looking to expand the audience to the medical community. So who cares about FB previous users, they got the money. Google wants more.

Now today I logged back in and my app reverted back to the old sleep app. Must have been a glitch. Please bring back the old, high-contrast sleep app so I can actually read it.

I liked the previous version on the sleep data. I have chronic insomnia and it was easier to show my PCP the info. The change in color for awake time and smaller scale make it harder to track.

You are so right!!!

Hi @RebeccaFitbit, It looks like a lot of us have let you know what we think, and give details about exactly what we don't like. Can you let US know what Fit it will do to resolve this?

Hate this new sleep chart with slide bar🤨 For someone with a dyslexic visual disability this is a complete nightmare… PLEASE return to the graph version which was colourful and easy to understand and expandable. I have sleep apnea and COPD and it’s important to me to be able to show the sleep clinic consultant the results when sleep is difficult.

It is such a shame that Google does not seem to care.

Best Answer

But you do not listen, however many times people tell you what they think! Google has lost so much credibility now. Many are actively looking for alternatives across the board, nobody will buy a Pixel watch!

Best Answer

I hate the new changes and everyone saying that it will not get better now that Google owns it and want you to buy Google’s product.

I just switched to a Garmin because I hated the changes so much!

Best Answer

This is why I switched after 10 years-you don’t care about your customer.

I am going to check out that smart watch now!

I HATE the update - it’s hard to read with everything white. The old tracking was coloured and gave you a star that was easy to track for things like sleep goals etc. the graphs were easier to read. I hate that it’s all white it makes it lifeless. I wish they would revert back to the old way before this update.

After seeing constant daily complaints for two months over this redesign I
think the most surprising thing to me is the total lack of a response from
Fitbit. Is any company who can just go on ignoring so many customer
complaints actually worth continuing to support their products? Even a
simple "We don't care what you think" would be better than nothing!

Come on Fitbit are you just afraid to say it openly? Your customers
deserve better!
