Redesigned Sleep experience now in the Fitbit app

Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.

I don't like it, I'm also not seeing any of the other data I used to see such as light, deep, and rem. Nor is there anywhere to find the other metrics like testing heartrate, oxygen, etc. It's not intuitive at all at this point. 

 No matter where I click around. Why did you have to change this section, it was already so good. If something isn't broken, why try to fix it?

I returned my new Fitbit when the sleep chart changed to dots and dashes, but could see in online. Now I'm synching everyday as usual while the data isn't usable. Looking for a new band. Wanted to let folks know you can export your data. Not sure if it will be up-loadable to what looks like will be a Garmin. 

Just so so so so so incredibly disappointed, this was the only tracker sweaty forearms didn't fry. Then I got sick, and needed the data and my Dr. appreciated seeing the data. Now even the Dr. says it's a machine code display and not helpful.

I hate the new app. I've complained so much and they don't care. I used my watch mainly for the sleep app, follow my heart rate and to find my phone. Now it's useless. When I first saw it I was so upset. I posted like 25 times to others and my own that I got reprimanded for doing so, like a child. I was raised the squeaky wheel gets the grease. This new app is horrible and they should listen to us and put it back the way it was. Someone said they can't. BS! They have the coding for it. If they want to tweak it a little fine, but I liked how it kept all your sleep time in the one graph now you have to open the sleep app and scroll down to sleep other times and it sucks. What can we do? I'm furious. I'm disabled and I have enough going on in my life for them to do this. 😢 😢 😢

Google is flat out killing Fitbit. So many of us became devoted users. I went through a health crisis and it helped track sleep, and survived sweating now I'm exercising again. So disappointed to have to change devices when I had one that worked.

I really do NOT like the new sleep readout! It is really horrible to read. There was nothing wrong with the old design. Please bring it back! If I were paying for premium I dump it immediately and buy a different tracker.

I think it is awful!!!!  If I could go back to the old interface I would in a second.  Why not give people a choice to either use the old interface or the new.  I have had a fit bit for almost 10 years but now I am looking at other devices to see if I can replace my Fitbit!!!

I just bought a cheap smart watch on Amazon. No monthly charge ! It uses “very fit” app. Called Toikot or similar

Hi nobody seems to like the new sleep log, it's absolutely horrible. Still not adjusting and has been at least 2 months. Why did you change it from the original?

It’s over 2 months since the changes were made. With 1,590 comments from customers NOT one person likes the new sleep display.  The changes are horrible and it’s obvious that Google could care less what it customers need and desire. When it’s time to replace, it will not be another Fitbit.

Let me know when you find one. I tried 2 and they weren’t good on sleep calculations and thats mainly what I want it for.
