Share Your Nightly Sleep Score Here!

Hi everyone!  I thought it would be fun if we could all share our sleep score from the previous night.  Keep this thread going and post as often as you can!  You can tell us what your sleep score is, how you feel about it, what time you went to bed and woke up, etc.

I'll go first!  Last night, my sleep score was 87.  I fell asleep around 8:30pm and unfortunately was up around 4:45am thanks to my dog.  She is still not fully adjusted to the daylight savings time here in America, so she was ready for breakfast.

Now share yours!  🙂

@Guthwin Yeah no problem. Also, you know how you feel. It's not 100% accurate and really any readiness score above 60 is considered "excellent" which I find old that 60 to 91 is supposedly all the same excellent readiness. I definitely don't think so and feel the difference between a 65 I got for today and 91 I got yesterday. Personally I would say 50 to 69 is good, 70 to 89 is very good, and 90+ is excellent if I were to change the breakdown.

My Inspire 2 very often cuts off the first sleep cycle.   Two or three times a week it shows me starting sleep :90+ after I actually went to sleep. Last night was my earliest sleep time by about :15 minutes (approximately 10:15 p.m.), but it cut out a full cycle and shows me going to sleep after midnight.

90 is the highest I've been able to get since using my Sense for just over 2 months. I've got it three times.

My weekly average is a reasonable 81-83. Not bad.

Wow! I wish. My score last night was 77. I got 6hrs and 31 minutes. That score is actually not too bad considering that I worked a 12 hour shift the day before. I never sleep well on my work days. I can't really get to bed until 9 p.m. , or later, and am up at 4 a.m. I am often only in the 60's on work days. On my days off, I am lucky if I get a score in the low 80's. I would love to hear your secrets.

So close! I almost got to 90 last night. I think I could have used a little more deep sleep, but I'm feeling good today.

Boy, my Saturday night was bad: I woke up after three feeling like I was in a jungle (my room humidity percentage was 67) and so, could not sleep until clock came seven (yay!). I was hoping that last night would be better and it was, but... For some reason, I woke up at 5 am and did not fall in a deep sleep after that so I'm kinda tired now at 10 am -_- I usually sleep my nights just fine without issues but now I'm struggling for some reason (on Saturday, Fitbit was quick to prompt me to try some sleeping habits guidance lol).

My sleep score is 67 then it says fair after that , I only started getting sleep scores coming up  recently (Sunday).  But sometimes I seem to have more awake lines , restless lines , and light sleep lines than I do with deep sleep.

By the way, I've read about it and do some conclusion about bad sleeping: stress, nervous situations, work change and so on.... What can we do? Go to bed and get up at the same time, before sleeping do smth calm and relaxing(reading, yoga, music).

In the last 10 weeks, I've scored a perfect 0.

The week before that I got a 70 and that was because I had Covid and I slept all day.

Had my best week since I have started tracking. Although I would like to decrease the amount of awake time further. But glad that I am sleeping so much better than I used to.

The scores were 89, 88, 86, 82, 86, 89, 83.

Good idea for a thread!  I wonder whether Fitbit calibrates scores differently for diff age groups. I am almost 69.  My sleep score is usually in the 70s 4-5 nights a week and 80s 2-3 times a week. I eat healthily, walk 4-5 miles most days, spend my first waking 30 - 60 min outside (ie get morning light), take magnesium glycinate and read a book for a while before bed, keep the bedroom cool and have blackout curtains.  I fall asleep very quickly most nights but wake up after 5-6 hours and can't get back to sleep.  My average SHR early in the night is often above my average RHR, so my restoration % is poor.  But I can't grok the algorithm - sometimes I score in the 80s after 5+ hrs and then in the 70s after 6+ hrs even though restoration and deep sleep are similar.  I forgot to mention: I have red wine in the evening (usually 5-8 oz max) but I don't think that's a factor because last year I had no alcohol for 4 months and got the same scores.  I often have a healthy snack not long before bed, which could be a factor, but my husband eats carbs every night before bed and gets 7-7.5 hours (and would get more if he didn't set an alarm).  I have once or twice gotten a sleep score of 90 - doing nothing differently ...

I once read that a study of 3 hunter gatherer tribes around the globe found they slept between 6-7 hours a night - closer to 6 in the spring and summer, closer to 7 in fall and winter.  I'd like to get at least 6 hours most nights, but I wonder if older people naturally get less (like young kids naturally get more).  But my mother is 93 and seems to get a lot more sleep than I do lol.

My score last night was 79. I went to sleep at 23:28 and woke up at 06:57. It wasn’t the best night sleep I have had so seeing 79 was a surprise!
