@Volkan Welcome to our Community! If you are using your iPhone to sync with your tracker you can go to Account > Advanced Settings and under Time Zone choose Set Automatically. This way you will have the timezone according to your phone and this should reflect on your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

@Gokhanyilmaztur Welcome to our Community! Does the issue persist? If this is correct then I suggest you keep using your tracker with the Moscow time zone so it reflects the correct local time while this is corrected (specially if the government took that decision I think you aren't the only one affected and not only Fitbit devices are included in this list so I can only ask for your patience while this is resolved).
Keep me posted!
