I had to replace my Fitbit Surge a while back as the strap had snapped.
However, when the replacement came, it was defective and the main menu button on the side only worked on rare occasions. Fitbit suggested using compressed air to clean it, but it did not work.
Although I've left it a while now and 'coped' with the struggle of try to access timers etc while I'm teaching, do you think they could still replace it?

@JamesCoupland9 If the replacement is still within 12 months of the original purchase date (Europe is 24 months) then call Customer Service for another replacement. Compressed air? Really? If the Surge is "water resistant" how is compressed air going to help if the button's (internal) mechanical contact is the problem? Note. It's a rhetorical question directed (indirectly) at FitBit. Good luck.
