Hi. Bought my daughter a Charge HR for Xmas and set it up through my email address as she doesn't have one. Since then i've been impressed by what these devices offer and have bought myself a Surge. Now when I come to register the Surge it will show both devices are my daughters and therefore won't be clear. How do I set my daughter up with a new email address including all the data she has gained and then wipe her data on my account so I can set up my Surge and start fresh with that?
Appreciate any advice.
Many thanks
Gregg.

It's not possible to transfer data from one account to another. It's possible to create a new Fitbit Account for your daughter, and link her tracker to her account.
Linking the Charge HR to her account, will remove from your Fitbit Account. Since the account has been shared, it be tricky to remove any data which wasn't yours from the current account.
It's possible to leave the data as it is and move forward from where you are now.
On the devices settings page (fitbit.com - computer) there's a link at the bottom of the tracker settings page to unlink the tracker from the account (which can be done for every tracker linked to the account). This should make it possible to link a tracker to the account afterwards.
Alternatively the Fitbit Team can be contacted with a request for removing your current account, though this can't be reversed, all data such as badges earned have to be re-earned, losing lifetime steps.. logged foods..
Best AnswerMy thought woulx be to go into the settings of the account your daughter has been using. Now change the email to one that can be used by her.
Now you will be able to set up a new accont under your email.
Since you say your daughter doesnt have an account i would try a few things with your email.
Send yourself an email with a period added to your address. So xyz@domain.com will be x.yz@domain.com.
Another thought some domains like google you can add a + to the address, and use xyz+daughter@domain.com
If sending email either way shows up in tour inbox without bouncing, you can use this for your daughters email on fitbit.
