Hi! I'm 60 and my numbers are very similar to yours. It's been a long time since I have been able to consistantly hit aerobic/anerobic while running. One place its possible is when I run a long uphille trail but not on flat. I am able to hit both by doing HIIT on an eliptical maching a 2 times a week if you have access to that. Just keep in mind that you are out getting some good exercise in any case! good luck.

Welcome to the Community @indydiva and @djjstew! I'll be happy to help you with this. To resolve the issue with your Heart Rate readings, I recommend wearing your Surge a bit higher than usual. 2-3 finger between your Surge and your wristbone.
It seem that you also want to set a food plan. This is really easy, yes it will give a caloric deficit. That means you can consume determined amoutn of calories. Let suppouse you are allowed to eat 1,000 calories, however you can increase that amount of calories with your activities. That's why you constantly need to sync your tracker to keep this information updated.
Hope this helps.
