Got my surge for christmas and has never lasted more than 48 hours usually less I have my auto everything pretty much turned off the only thing that was on was my auto sync. Which I have now turned off. Did this make a difference for anyone else this is the only suggestion that customer service had I find it hard to believe that would take up 5 days of battery use LOL....
Plus I have to admit I am disappointed that I have to turn everything off to have any kind of battery life, what is the point of the product at $290 if you have to turn everything off???

Hey there @cottager it's nice to see you here! I understand your frustration, if you have followed the recommendations to maximize your tracker's battery life and the issue persists, I recommend contacting support once more so they can investigate and evaluate your case.

@cottager there are other threads on her regarding battery life and most have said turn off all day sync, always connected and quick view and that gives longer battery life. You should be able to use notification and auto HR but be aware if you use GPS to track an activity your battery will drain quicker. Hope this helps.
