Since you have already tried all troubleshoot possible, I think that it is time for you to contact our Support Team, they have the proper tools to see what's wrong with your tracker. I am needing to charge my surge two times per day. I have cycled it on and off. I have cleaned the entire device. I Have cleaned the contacts. Is there anything else I can try? 3 hours of working out and the Surge is near death.
