Hey hey hey @Lalib! Let me give yo a warm welcome to the Community! Ok so, let me see if I understood. So now the battery signal doesn't disappear from the screen of your Surge, right? If so, can you please tell me, when you charge your tracker, can you see if it is charging? Have you tried to restart your Surge by following the instructions on @MeylinP?
In addition, I would like you to try the following, in case that your Surge is not charging:

Hey @Lalib! Thanks for trying the steps I suggested above! If the battery of your Surge is charging fine, but you can see that it is not lasting as expected, please take a look of @MarreFitbit post and follow the tips in there to maximize the battery of your Surge. If those doesn't work, please contact Fitbit Support.

Thank you for replying to my queries. Well well, the problem seem to have resolved itself on its own, for now over 40 hours without any sign of empty battery signal, for no apparent reason. Keeping fingers crossed for this not to worsen from this over time.
