Just got my fitbit surge today. Playing around with the bike mode but it's not getting any gps lock just seeing 'searching'. Been like that for 5mins. Im not actually out and about just playing around in the house. Any ideas?
If you're in a house/appartment you're not likely to get a good signal from multiple satellites needed to get a location lock.
Try standing by a window for a while (it usually takes mine 45 to 90sec to lock in the morning if I'm in the house by a window), not moving excessively, and see if the Surge gets GPS lock.
