Hi,
I just got a replacement surge (the wristband of the “old” one got blisters) and when I tried to set it up I got the following error:
FBBluetoothErrorDomain error 24
I tried several possible silutions like removing my old charge, delting the Surge from the Bluetooth list.
I’m using aan IPhone 8 with IOS 11.2.1 and the app version 2.44.2
somehow the app recognizes the surge (I get the message update available) but can’t connect to it. When I ty to update the surge I get the following error:
FBBluetoothErrorDomain error 8
annyone got anny idea what to do?
PS both the phone and the surge are connected to a charger.

Thanks for sharing all the steps you already tried. I'd consider seeking for more information about this error, and how to solve it: Fitbit/surge not syncing exercises after Fitbit App update. Remember to restart your Surge before trying the rest of steps.
