Changing clock face

I have the Fitbit Surge and just came here and saw the clock face at the top of the page,

and it’s on the user manual I printed out.

how do I install this on my surge.

On your phone app, tap on your profile picture (upper left). This should bring you to the device page. Tap the Surge tile and this will bring you to the Surge options page. Tap on the Clock Faces tile. There are two tabs on the top. One is your Surge and the other is All Clocks. Tap on the All Clocks tile and you should see all the available clock faces for the Surge. Pick the one you want and install it.

Thank you for trying to help me.
I got to the page and chose the dial and nowhere showed me where to install
it.
I think I’m too old for this (78) plus bad eyes.
Maybe I have the wrong watch.
Dr told me Wednesday to keep a check on my heart rate so I bought this.
