Changing my settings

Hi,

I do not use a fitbit app, just the website. The last few weeks I havent been able to go to my settings. This hasn't been a problem until now: I have to cancel a daily alarm and have to change the time zone. Why is it that this problem occurs and what do I do? My internet settings have not changed.

There was a change to the page. When ever that happens its always good to clear your cache

Once it is cleared I would shut your Browser down. Then go back in and see if it helps

@Crawley Try logging out and then logging back in. After adjusting your alarm don't forget to sync your tracker, I recommend the same as @WendyB clear cache and cookies and keep an eye on it.
