Yes, it has happened to me as well, I've replaced my surge twice for the same issue. I can't believe a work out watch is getting condensation in it from simply washing your hands.

@JuanBit welcome to the forums! Actually that shouldn't be happening as your Fitbit Surge is water-resistant, which means it is rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. However, it's not recommended to swim with your tracker and also it wouldn't be a good idea to take a shower with your Surge. In this case, you might want to try putting it in a bowl of dry rice for at least 48 hours. If it still shows condensation on the screen, I suggest contacting our Support Team for further assistance.
Also, you may have noticed that I moved your post to the Surge board as you will find more relevant info related to your tracker. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in having the Community organized.

@Areeves_76 welcome to the forums! Hey that's pretty odd as your Surge has been designed to be water resistant, meaning it is rain and splash proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. However, it is recommended to dry it thoroughly after every workout session. Have you contacted our Support Team already? I feel like they should know about it. Let me know if you do!

MIne too (moisture under the screen). 8 weeks out of warranty and a sweaty workout of moving furniture polished off the 250 dollar fitness tracker. No remedy, no help, no offer to repair - no way I would recommend this to anyone else.

@RoyL thanks for joining us! In this case I recommend placing your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for at least 48 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the unit.
Now, please note that your Surge is water-resistant, which means it is rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. Do not swim with your Surge.I don't recommend showering with your tracker either. Hope this helps.

@Areeves_76 thanks for stopping by! I'm sorry to hear that your Surge didn't work out for you. I really have no problem with my Surge when I'm sweating from a workout. It's recommended to thoroughly dry your tracker after every workout session. Oh and as a friendly reminder let's keep the conversation on topic and Fitbit oriented.
Catch you later!
