Hey can anyone help ?
I just got a surge and I sweat a lot when I workout and I do hike a lot too so now I have condensation under the screen. I have tried rice I have tried hairdryer radiator you name it I tried it. As long the screen is warm everything is fine but as soon as i have it around my wrist and the screen cools .... BOOM.... the condensation is back. It’s now in a container with uncooked rice in my hot press for day two in a row. Is there anything else I can try ?

How long have you had your surge? If it less than 1 year contract support as they should replace your surge. Unfortunately if its over a year old then there isn't much you can do except buy a new tracker ( not a surge as they have been discontinued ) maybe check out other competitors and read the forums before purchasing anything. Good luck!

If it's less than 1 year fitbit support should be able to tell when it was registered to your account, you just need to tell them it was a gift.
