Hi. My Surge is telling me that the time is incorrect and wont sync. I have changed the settings but nothing is happening. Australian, Melbourne time 1 hr forward.

@kaydee68 Thanks for the troubleshooting you did on your Surge. My recommendation now is to restart your tracker following the steps provided by @MeylinP, after doing it change the timezone to the right one and try to sync.
@emmabuik Welcome to the Forums! You can change the timezone in your tracker from your Fitbit.com Dashboard by clicking in the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen, then in your personal information scroll all the way down and change the timezone, after doing this sync your tracker.
